Just realised that Katydid has a bit of a T1 vibe, cool.
The breakdown 2mins into Feathers is magical.
Overall the album is playful and has a gentle side that I'm really enjoying. Col the Doctor

The pure weirdness and the dissonance are what originally drew me to Danny Playamaqui's music. It always makes me grin to hear it, because I can imagine how unappealing it must sound to other people.
You might describe it as "anti-music." But if you can get past that knee-jerk reaction, you can enjoy this style on a purely sensory level. You just have to relax enough. sour-cream-pringles

Sometimes one instrument stands out in a band and here I admire the very creative guitar-work, dissonant, edgy and daring. The whole band creates an energy, which seems to jump out off your speakers. If you love the dissonance of Sonic Youth and the aggressive drive of the Dead Kennedys you should give this a try. Dirk Radloff
